HOUSE RULES
To ensure your pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to read and familiarize yourself with our house rules.
By using the accommodation, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the rules stated herein.

- Upon arrival, guests are required to present personal data necessary for registration to the owner.
- Guests may occupy the apartment or room only after full payment of the accommodation fee.
- The full fee covers the number of days booked in advance. If guests decide to shorten their stay, we are unable to refund any portion of the fee.
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out is not possible.
- Upon arrival, each guest will receive one house key.
We kindly ask guests to return the key upon departure. In case of loss, a fee of 10,000 HUF per key will be charged to cover lock replacement costs. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Smoking is allowed only in the garden.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- We do not take responsibility for personal belongings left in the house.
- Any damage caused on the property (whether to movable items or the real estate itself) must be compensated by the guest or their legal representative.
- In case of cancellation due to violation of the house rules, no refund will be given regardless of the shortened stay.
- From January 2022, according to current regulations, a tourist tax of 600 HUF per person per night (for guests over 18 years old) must be paid in addition to the accommodation fee in Őriszentpéter.
We can only accommodate guests who hold a valid immunity/vaccination certificate as required by law, as well as minors (under 18) under their supervision.
